All clubs represented at all District meetings,
conferences, and Convention
Hold two major fundraising
events to support Zone/Clubs Representation at Conferences and Zone led activities across the Zone
Conduct one Zone event that
brings focus to a specific area of the movement’s work
Publish
The OICD Zone 4 Quarterly – a newsletter of success stories within the Zone
Host the Ultimate Zone 4 Lyme! – Castleton/Tapioca/Somerset

the Q

Club Building Badge (Q4) – the club or member that builds or recruits the most
clubs at either adult or junior levels by Q3

Optimism Awareness Quiz Competition (Q2 and Q4)
– a competition for individual club members to test their knowledge and
awareness of Optimism at the International, Regional, District and Zone levels
to be held at Zone meetings
Establish
a Zone 4 Council of LTGs – a sort of ex-officio body that provides guidance and
support to the incumbent and the zone in a systematic and structured manner
through visitations, training, and mentorship.
All club
bylaws reviewed and submitted to optimist International by end of Q2
Governor
and DST to attend at least one zone meeting in their respective District
positions
